Summit Background Who: Small number of national TSM&O and workforce “experts”: agencies, private sector, academia, consultants (6-22/23). Objectives: Reach consensus on current state-of-practice issues relative to theTSM&O workforce (agencies, private sector, academia) and challenges faced. Define strategic direction/actions for advancing TSM&O workforce objectives for NOCoE’s sponsors (AASHTO, ITE, ITSA and FHWA) and stakeholders –public and private. Summit Background
