Billing, Finance & Funding Deliverables Ensure 100% compliance with Planview & prioritize financial accountability by August 2017 Automate 90% of all billing through Apptio by end of FY18 Define what constitutes costs that are “allocated” vs. “direct billed” by end of CY17

Client Intake, Follow-up & Reporting Deliverables Implement Remedy version 9.x in the cloud, ensure support for Remedy v8 during the transition — as soon as reasonably possible Define roles & implement standard processes for client intake, follow up, & reporting across ISC Identify metrics & implement regular reporting

Lifted & Shifted 181 of 328 instances of existing test & development server workloads to vCloud Integration Team Selected Talend for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tool.
