Equal control over livelihood assets Agency Women increase business skills, make decisions about profit they have earned, use confidence to run new IGAs or expand down the VC (B); have more bargaining confidence (E, B). Men and community members recognise the value of women’s productive labour. Agency women manage sustainable businesses in non-traditional areas, control capital and profit; have businesses as remunerative as men’s men respect women’s autonomy and voice in decision making Relations Small but significant movement towards increased autonomy in decision making (. Women are more active in downstream activities in the value chain. (B) Relations women and men equally participate in and benefit from the most valued stages in the value chain   women and men equally decide on farm management and profit use Structure Cooperatives have changed some of their governance rules to include women as individual and equal members. BDSPs provide training and services tailored to women (B). Structure traditional division of labour does not determine the type of enterprise a person undertakes BDSPs tailor their services to meet women’s needs, and are run for gender equal outcomes.
