Membership Validation New validation process in place and Commissioners play important role in its implementation Provides formal means to improve units that are not Quality Units We are all responsible to ensure validity of BSA membership rolls Do not overstate membership nor number of units 11/15/20182006 National Meeting

Validation Procedures (1) Follow registration procedures to maintain BSA standards of membership Welcoming call to unit leader when a new unit is created Mail Registration Cards directly to unit leader Membership fees paid by council must be approved by Scout Executive with Board guidance 11/15/20182006 National Meeting
