WeLearn Lifelong learning into practice A new way to learn and professionally develop through social media

WeLearn The WeLearn project is part of work being undertaken by: Public Health England & WeCommunities It is exploring new ways of learning and professionally developing using social media.

WeLearn The pilot module aims to give people the skills and confidence they need to: Use social media to inform their work Use social media as part of their work Use social media to share and celebrate their work.

WeLearn The module is broken down into small chunks of 10 – 15 minutes per day 3 hour long Twitter discussions are scattered throughout Participants do not need to have any previous knowledge of social media to apply as the course starts at the very beginning and takes you through the basics you need for lifelong learning in the 21st century.

“Using Social Media for Revalidation” WeLearn The pilot module will run from 1st March to 24th March and will be entirely online and use social media to share information and for peer support. The pilot module is:   “Using Social Media for Revalidation”
