Examples of ITN Purpose Statements 2018 | 0515 Examples of ITN Purpose Statements ESD 123: The Interagency Transition Network (ITN) is the network of stakeholders working together to optimize transition services and outcomes for students and adults with disabilities in our region. Spokane: The mission of the ITN is to enhance access to interactive transitional information and resources to better prepare adolescents and young adults with disabilities for community life.

Developing a Shared Vision 2018 | 0515 Developing a Shared Vision How does a diverse group begin to set missions, goals, and activities? What are some strategies that have worked in your areas?
