Independent Travellers Arrival All members of the Victorian Contingent (both Leaders and Youth Members) travelling to the Jamboree independently arriving on Friday 4th January 2019 will be required to register off-site at the Viccon Booking in area, which will be located at Recreational Oval corner of Granites Road Tailem Bend. Independent Travellers are to arrive at AJ2019 on FRIDAY 4th January 2019, between 6:00 am & 7:00 am. Independent Travellers will be registered and given their ID tags. Viccon will handed over the scouts to their JTL. Include only if you have independent travellers TO AJ2019

Independent Travellers Departure Pick up procedure details will be finalised closer to the Jamboree and will be managed via the the Viccon Admin Team, - Booked out with Vic Contingent and released to parents Youth members (including Venturers) will only be allowed to be picked up if we have a signed authority from the parents/guardians including a photo of the person picking up the youth member – this applies to leaders taking youth members home. Transport

Bus Transport The Victorian Contingent buses will leave Melbourne on 3rd of January from about 7pm Arriving at the Jamboree site around 7 am. Breakfast will be served at the staging point before entering the Jamboree site
