Food The canteen serves hearty meals 3 times a day. P Food The canteen serves hearty meals 3 times a day. Any children with allergies will be given a card to show when they are going for lunch. Adults eat with the children.

Rooms We are staying in two houses named Mitchell and Houston. Each house has rooms that fit between 2–8 children. Any concerns must be shared with your child’s class teacher and we will try our best to accommodate them. There are separate toilets and showers. Children will also need to make their own beds when they get there!

Leaving for Calshot On Monday 16th October: Arrive at 8:30am and go to the Year 5 classrooms for check-in. Different classrooms depending on day groups. Your child will need his/her suitcase, money (£10 max) in a separate envelope or small purse along with any medicines being taken including instructions of dosage. Money and medicine are to be given to adult group leader. Parents to leave children in classroom and wait by coach for final farewells during loading of coach.

Returning from Calshot P Returning from Calshot On Friday 20th October: The coach will be due by 3:25pm but, due to traffic/ length of time loading the coach, we could be delayed. If we have considerable delay, a parent mail will be sent out by 3:00pm. When the coach arrives, please wait until everything is unloaded then find your child and their belongings and tell your adult group leader that you are leaving.
