Go Live! UNMJobs (Cornerstone) will go live April 3, 2017! UNMJobs (PeopleAdmin) will end on May 31, 2017!

Impact to Competitive Recruitments No longer approving actions for competitive recruitments in PeopleAdmin. If you have a competitive recruitment that must be posted before April 3, 2017 contact Theresa Ramos. Competitive postings that are currently posted must be completed in PeopleAdmin.

Important Dates Date Action Current – 3/17/2017 3/13/17 3/17/17 New competitive postings in UNMJobs 1.0 will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Departments must commit to completing competitive recruitment in UNMJobs 1.0. Non-competitive posting requests can be submitting to OFAS for review. 3/13/17 Online Training for UNMJobs 2.0 is available. 3/17/17 Deadline to submit any postings in UNMJobs 1.0. OFAS will not accept non-competitive postings in UNMJobs 1.0 for a start date of 4/30/17 or later. 4/3/2017 UNMJobs 2.0 available for new postings! 4/17/2017 All UNMJobs 1.0 postings will be removed from web for applicant view. Applicants can no longer apply to positions within UNMJobs 1.0. 5/12/2017 Last date to submit HPs in UNMJobs 1.0 to employment area queue. 05/31/2017 Last day for employment area to designate final approval to HPs in UNMJobs 1.0.

Training Online Training Available March 13, 2017. Required for BAR Role (Hiring Coordinator) Only one BAR role for UNMJobs Approvers and committee members do not need BAR role Role gives you access to faculty, staff, student, UNMTemps positions Schedule in person training with college and school

Action Items Communication from Sr. Vice Provost coming soon! Schedule in person training with OFAS DA’s should have completed online training prior to in person training Recommend scheduling training in a computer lab. Contact Alejandra Salinas to schedule Complete AY17/18 hires ASAP!
