Our Students Are At-Risk DOGAMI Oregon Seismic Needs Assessment Project, There are seven public schools at high risk of tsunami inundation in Oregon. Next Steps… Once a site on Weyerhaeuser property has been identified, the City of Seaside will need to obtain approval from the Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) to increase the Urban Growth Boundary.
