President’s Presentation New Staff Orientation August 2018 Dr. Doug Shaw

ISI MISSION… ISI VISION… ISI CORE VALUES… ISI STATEMENT OF FAITH ISI MISSION… ISI VISION… ISI CORE VALUES…

Our ISI perspectives are rooted in our ideals

ISI PERSPECTIVES… Our ministry at ISI is like the “ant” in Proverbs 6 Why I believe in the ISI vision… Design – strategic (planned, premeditated & intentional) Delivery – of the Gospel is unique Dialogue – friendship evangelism Dedication – superlative staff

ISI PERSPECTIVES… We must prayerfully work together toward moving ISI from being a “good” organization to being a “great” organization. We are seeking not just to be international, but rather “global” in terms of fulfilling the Great Commission.

ISI PERSPECTIVES… We must make Full-Cycle Evangelism and global follow-up a high priority for the future. The ideal ISI employee has a passion for the Great Commission, is striving for excellence in all things, and is a Biblical style servant/leader.

ISI PERSPECTIVES… The Joshua and Caleb style of leadership is essential as we move into the future. Our methods may change at ISI, but our primary mission remains unchanged.

ISI FOCUS ON PRIORITIES… PRAYER PLAN – STRATEGIC PLAN PEOPLE / STAFF NEEDS PROVISION – ALL NEEDS & FINANCIAL NEEDS PRIORITY STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

ISI Current Highlights… World Changers Conference, March National Family Conference, June Statistics Finances ISI Ministry Center Future Plans

Conclusion “Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep His promise.” Hebrews 10:23 (NLT) “But the Lord will redeem those who serve Him. No one who takes refuge in Him will be condemned.” Psalm 34:22 (NLT)

Conclusion “And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.” 2 Corinthians 9:8 (NLT)
