Self-Paced Format For busy professionals who are able to take the course at their own pace and finish at any time Learners receive a Basic Level Certificate after successfully completing Core Modules 1-3 INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER  If you are new to the Open Learning Campus (OLC) 1. Go to the Open Learning Campus website: https://olc.worldbank.org/ 2. Click on "Register Now" on the top right of the page. You will be asked to fill a simple registration form. After submitting the form, you will be asked to login with your credentials and complete your profile.
