Enrollment Packets due February 15th Turn in to English Teacher Packets must be filled out completely. A failure to turn these forms in could result in your counselor choosing your schedule for you. Alternatives are REQUIRED! Do not add electives to your enrollment form that require an interview process or a tryout.
