First Breath - Connecting Connecting To The Energy Field 1. Stand with feet one shoulder width apart with knees slightly bent and the body relaxed. As you take a deep breath raise both arms laterally until they are directly above your head fingers touching. 2. Now as you exhale bring both arms down in front of the body slowly. As you slowly exhale and lower the arms say “ May this energy to flow through the seven chakras ”. And as your hands pass each chakra, concentrate on observing subtle sensations in the hands as well as the crown, forehead, throat, heart, navel, lower abdomen, and perineum (Click Above Video To Start) Copyright © 2013
Second Purifying Breath - Resonating Resonating Energy 1. For this exercise, visualise a pool of energy that looks like liquid silver in front of you. Raise your hands to the front of you at the level of your navel, dip into this pool and bring two handfuls of this liquid silver energy. 2. Imagine as your hands are raised toward your head, the liquid energy turns into two silver balls of energy pulsating with life. Bring your hands towards your forehead and move them slowly over your head as if washing your hair. 3. As your hands move down behind your head, stop for a few second at the base of the skull. Then as you slowly exhale bring your hands down to the sides and visualise energy flowing down the legs to the feet. (Click Above Video To Start) Copyright © 2013
