LabPro Calculator Screen Step 4: Remove the pH sensor from the solution bottle that keeps it moist. Thoroughly rinse the pH electrode with DI water over a beaker. Always perform this step before measuring the pH of a new solution. Use a Chemwipe to gently rub off strong bases from the sensor’s electrode after rinsing it with DI water.
