Disassembly and Assembly of A07A-W1/W2 Electronic Governor Actuator for AD Fuel Injection Pump 2015-10-15

Disassembly

Step 1:Remove Actuator 1) Loosen and remove 6 sets of screw (M6) with plain washer and spring washer. 3) Scrap the gasket 2) Remove the actuator.

Step 2:Disconnect Actuator and Rack Pulling pin sleeve of actuator. Connecting pin Remove the connecting pin from the pulling pin sleeve to disconnect the actuator to the rack.

Step 3: Remove Connecting Plate and Pin 2) Remove the connecting plate from the rack 1) Loosen and remove the screw (M5) plain washer and spring washer to separate the rack and connecting plate. 3) Loosen and remove the nuts, connecting pin and spring washer from the connecting plate if necessary. Step 4: Remove Mid Housing 2) Remove and scrap the gasket on the fuel injection pump end surface. 1) Loosen and remove 4 screws (M6) and 4 screws (M8, countersunk). Remove the mid housing. Mid housing

Assembly

Preparation-- Install Mid Housing 2) Install the mid housing, and install 4 upper screws (M6, cheese head) and 4 lower screws (M8, countersunk) . Tighten the screws alternatively to 6 N·m and 15N·m respectively. 1) Put the gasket on the fuel injection pump end surface. Mid housing

Step 1:Install Connecting Plate 2) Install the connecting plate on the rack 3) Put the plain washer and spring washer on the screw (M5). Connect the rack and connecting plate with the screw having two washers and tighten the screw to 5 N·m. 1) Install the connecting pin and spring washer and 2 nuts on the connection plate. Step 2:Install Gasket Place the gasket on the mid housing end surface with the holes for screws in the gasket in alignment with the threaded holes in the housing.

Step 3:Build Connection between Actuator and Rack Pulling pin sleeve of actuator Connecting pin Install the connecting pin into the slotted hole in the pulling pin sleeve and make sure the movement between the pin and sleeve is smooth.

Step 4:Install Actuator Install the actuator with 6 sets of screws (M6), plain washer and spring washer. Tighten 2 upper screws to 7 N·m first and then 4 lower screws to 7 N·m diagonally. Gasket

Step 5:Inspect Smooth Movement of Rack Manually move the hand control lever of the actuator to check if the linkage movement of actuator and rack free from any resistance: ① manually move the lever to its largest travel (contacting speed limiting screw); ② when releasing the lever, it can return to the zero fuel position smoothly and cannot be pushed further in this direction with hand; ③ such check must be done at least three times and each time the lever must move smoothly. 检查调速杆灵活性 用手扳动执行器的手控杆,检查执行器和调速杆联动是否灵活:①扳动时手控杆能够到最大行程(接触或基本接触限位螺钉);②松开时手控杆能够自由回到零油位(零油位标记重合),用手不能继续推动手控杆;③扳动次数不少于三次,每次均灵活、无卡滞现象为合格。

Step 6: Judge Unsmooth Movement of Governing Lever Manually move the hand control lever of the actuator to its largest travel (contacting or incompletely contacting speed limiting screw). If the lever cannot return to the zero fuel position after released, the rack is in seizure. 判断调速杆卡滞 用手扳动执行器的手控杆到最大行程(接触或基本接触限位螺钉),松开时手控杆不能自由回到零油位即为调速杆卡滞。

Step 7:Adjust for Smooth Movement of Rack Correction of the unsmooth movement of the rack: loosen and remove 4 lower screws and loosen 2 upper screws, sway the actuator left and right for 3 to 5 times and push the hand control lever of the actuator until it moves smoothly, and then tighten all the screws as per Step 4.
