Entry requirements – MH212 Points last year: 434 SED: 2H5 & 4O6/H7, Irish, English & a Science subject & O4/H7 Mathematics. The science subject is one of Agricultural Science, Applied Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Physics, or Physics with Chemistry MCS and MED: as for S E D except for H4 Mathematics An offer of a place on this course is subject to a satsfactory background check by the Garda Vetting Unit. School Placement is required Duraton: 4 years + 1 year postgraduate study

Options from MH212 Open Choice – this allows you decide after orientation week in September whether you want to Science Education or Mathematics Education BSc with Education (SED) BSc Mathematics and Computer Science with Education (MCS) BSc Mathematics and Mathematical Physics (Applied Mathematics) with Education (MED) Students can move between MED and MCS at the end of year 1
