Summary of Recommended Changes to Calgary Zone Bylaws (July 2017) Refreshed with new CSP branding (removing System) and updated official Zone name to “Calgary Zone Association”  Aligned Member or Executive Member suspension and expulsion procedure with National Bylaws Amended positions of Executive Officers to current practice President Vice President Administration Vice President Finance Vice President Education Four Vice President At Large positions, with roles defined by the President on an as-needed basis Patrol Leader for each area Past President Provide clarity on terms of Executive Officer roles as follows: In even numbered years, a President, Vice-President Administration, and two Vice President At Large positions shall be elected for a two-year term. Should any of these positions be vacant at the time of the annual meeting in odd-numbered years, there shall be an election to fill the vacancies for a one-year term. In odd numbered years, a Vice-President Finance, Vice-President Education, and two Vice President At Large positions shall be elected for a two-year term.   Should any of these positions be vacant at the time of the annual meeting in even-numbered there shall be an election to fill the vacancies for a one-year term.
