Graphing Weather Conditions Symbols of the Top 5 Weather Conditions Show the information from the calendar in the form of a graph. Look for the 5 weather symbols you recorded the most on your observation calendar. Draw them in the boxes on the bottom of this graph. Weather Tools Thermometer Wind Sock Wind Vane Rain Gauge We use many different tools to collect information about the weather. Check the Temperature Thermometers measure temperature. Fahrenheit (°F) is the temperature scale we use when reading weather temperatures outside. Color the thermometers to match the temperature recorded below each one. Write the word that describes how that weather temperature would feel outside.
