MANAGING MEETINGS Meetings provide forum for most team processess so it is vital that they take place regularly. (At least once a month)

Ensure venue is provided with all relevant equipment & refreshment As a manager or in charge -Facilitate or chair the meeting or delegate to others -Ensure begins on time -stick to the agenda as clearly as possible
