Travelling All students must listen carefully to the safety instructions given to them by the coach driver, guide & representatives at venues, on the ferry or at their accommodation Accompanying adults are suitably distributed throughout the coach whilst travelling Seat belts are worn at all times on the coach and pupils stay in their seats Comfortable clothing for the coach and entertainment for the journey and a pillow At Services pupils must be accompanied especially abroad as traffic is on the right Whilst travelling on a ferry, students are briefed beforehand as to the designated meeting points and any other no go areas such as external decks during bad weather

Tips When Packing Consider the time of year and weather forecast. It is advisable to take sun lotion and a hat or cap if travelling in the summer Comfortable and appropriate footwear is very important Include a large plastic bag for dirty laundry Take a small day bag for carrying packed lunch, camera and drink Remember to pack suitable adaptors and chargers Avoid taking expensive electrical items as they are often heavy and easily damaged during coach transit. Pack lightly – students will be responsible for carrying their own luggage Ensure any medication carried is documented and accessible if required during the outward and return journeys.
