California Promise & CPP Pledge The California Promise and CPP Pledge programs at CPP help students stay on track toward timely graduation. Support incoming students in earning a bachelor’s degree within two (for transfer students) or four (for freshmen) years. CA Promise and CPP Pledge students receive priority registration appointments for fall and spring semesters as long as they remain in active program status.

Check Eligibility Transfer students must be: A transfer student entering fall term in a declared major other than Architecture or Engineering  Committed to graduating in two years  Apply for the Program  Fill out the application by September 7, 2018. This will be the only time you can apply for the program during your time at CPP. http://www.cpp.edu/~studentsuccess/oss/graduation-pledge/2-year-cpp-pledge-info.shtml Get Accepted to the Program You will receive a confirmation email in your CPP inbox when we receive your application. You can find your CPP email in MyCPP. If you're accepted, you'll receive a second email outlining your next steps in working with your advisor to create and submit an academic plan.  If you're not eligible for the program or miss the application period, don't worry! You will still have access to your academic advisor, and you can still graduate within two years by planning for 30 semester units per year. Visit the Take 30 website to learn more about the benefits.

To Maintain Eligibility Students must:  Complete A2 and B4 by end of Spring semester of first year (for freshmen) Remain in the same major selected when they started CPP Enroll in 15 semester units in fall semester Successfully complete 30 semester units toward their degree by the end of each academic year (can include summer) Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 by Spring Semester Earn a C- or better or CR in all courses Keep your MyPlanner updated and submit it each term
