Activities / Projects / Accomplishments Recommendations for District/Conference The duty of the Parliamentarian is to advise the president or presiding officer, when necessary, concerning questions of Parliamentary Procedure. The President is so proficient in Parliamentary Procedure that it made my job very easy. To the Fifth Episcopal District Lay Organization: KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! District / Conference Meetings Attended all District meetings as required. Future Office Plans It has been a pleasure serving as the Parliamentarian of the Fifth Episcopal District Lay Organization of the African Methodist Episcopal Church under the leadership of President Simeon Rhoden.
