Multifactor Authentication & First Time Login

What to expect? Once your user account has been created you will receive an email with your username, password, and a link to the MyRepChat WebApp. When you enter in your log-in credentials you will be asked for your cell-phone number in order to authenticate you. (If your mobile number was set up by your administrator you won’t have to set up your cell phone number, but you will still receive an authentication code). Once you have verified yourself you will be allowed into the Web App. You will only have to do this once per new device (note: if you clear your cache you may have to repeat verification - this is to keep your sensitive information secure).

What does the login page normally look like? This is what the login screen will look like every time you land on the MyRepChat login page.

What does Multifactor Authentication look like? A message will appear underneath your login credentials asking for the 6 digit code sent to your phone. After you enter in your code you can click ”Verify” and will be entered in to the MyRepChat app. You will be redirected to your MyRepChat account as normal.
