Practicalities in designing, grant funding, setting up and running a Continual Reassessment Method (CRM) dose finding phase I trial In this one day course you will learn about the practicalities of running a phase I dose-finding Continual Reassessment Method trial. During the day we will introduce the CRM design, run a CRM trial, provide training on the features in designing a CRM, move onto ideas for making a grant application, then consider planning in the set-up and running of a CRM trial. Sessions will be led by trial statisticians and trial managers with experience in designing, conducting and analysing dose-finding trials, mainly but not exclusively in oncology settings.
