In this lesson You will develop a ‘can do’ attitude and learn how to ‘fail well’. Developing a ‘can do’ attitude is critical to building your resilience. Learning not to give up and being prepared to move beyond your comfort zone are essential life skills. By the end of this lesson, you should: understand that it is essential to develop a ‘can do’ attitude consider your own ‘mindset’ and whether it may prevent you from reaching your full potential.
