Select Communication Preferences Employee has to select an option for each category to continue.

Save Preferences Note: If Employee selects Text as communication preference; then mobile number is required; otherwise it will allow this field to remain blank

Confirmation Box Employee has to check each box to and click on Agree to continue

Select User name and Password Employee must select unique user name

Confirmation Page Employee has the option to review options, and go back to change any selections before completing registration
