Year 9 Graphic Communication ‘Alessi Project’ Task 1a Design an Alessi themed title page. Fill this slide with images connected to Alessi’ s products. Finally, complete the title rectangle at the bottom of this page with your personal details, you may customise this in any way that suits you. Remember that all Alessi images should go behind this title rectangle! Delete these instructions once you have completed the task and move onto task 1b on the next slide… Type your name here Type your Tutor Group here Year 9 Graphic Communication ‘Alessi Project’

Now save your work to your computer in the following way: Task 1b Design a border around the outside of this slide for your new project. This should be contained in-between the two dotted lines. You may include small items of clip art, but the images must be related to Alessi. Remember to keep the white space in the middle empty. The next slide shows you an example of this. Remember to include your name, your tutor group and the title ‘Alessi project’ somewhere within your border. Write about: The positive and negative points for each of the two products which you are comparing. How do the pieces differ? How do the materials differ between the two objects? How does the cost differ? Which one do you believe is better value – state why this is. (Include a picture of the equivalent item) Present this information in the style of a fact sheet onto the middle area of this slide.
