Evacuation Procedures In the event of fire, hazardous materials release or other hazardous situations requiring emergency response the buildings may need to be evacuated. First Aid/AEDs First aid supplies are located through the building AED’s are located in the lobby 1st floor, East atrium 1st floor, West atrium 2nd floor, and right outside the gym 2nd floor.

Illness/Injuries For emergency help, dial the 911and provide: Name, Location, & Nature of Emergency. It is extremely important that all work related injuries and illness are reported to your supervisor, even ergonomic issues.

Chemicals Chemicals must be approved prior to entering the Agoura Hills site by EHS A safety data sheet must be provided If approved, a copy of the safety data sheet will be placed on Teradyne’s online chemical management database Chemical Safety Sheets are available through the internal EHS website In the event the system is unavailable contact EHS. Electrical Safe Work Practices While it is every employees responsibility to work and act in a safe manner, there are certain locations in the Agoura Hills facility that require additional electrical safe work practices and awareness. To access these areas you will be required to take additional training. These areas generally include all engineering labs and operational floors. Examples include but are not limited to:
