Provide training and technical assistance to Early Educators. Assisting the Early Learning Workforce in the development of quality early learning programs, Child care referrals upon parent request with a referral to 211info for subsequent referrals, Consumer education on quality child care to parents and stakeholders and Collaboration and coordination with community partners to align and integrate early learning systems specific to child care. Serving Clatsop, Columbia, & Tillamook Counties Awarded contract for October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2019 Received $368,533.63 plus $50,000 in start up funds Staffing Eva Manderson, CCR&R Lead Specialist* Virginia Garcia, Early Childhood PD Specialist Debby Reed, Early Childhood PD Specialist Victoria Tijerina-Beach, Administrative Support Specialist* Both Eva and Victoria share there time with Northwest Early Learning Hub. Eva supports the preschool promise work and Victoria is administrative support for the hub.
