Thesis Submission Student who FAIL to submit their thesis by Minimum 3 copy (supervisor, 2 copy submit at Pusat Sumber, FKMP) CD should content: All thesis content according to chapter (either by chapter or whole thesis) Seminar paper Appendix (data, figure, calculation, etc.) Write name, matrix number and project title on the CD Student who FAIL to submit their thesis by 17 January2019 will FAIL this course.   PSM@FKMP

AMENDMENT on Proses Pelaksanaan PSM UTHM. (a). Those who fail PSM1 twice need to repeat PSM1 under different Supervisor, Change Title/Topics of PSM (b). Those who fail 2x of PSM2, if the report is prepared & need for the correction, student need to do so & the student may be considered to obtained at least grade “D” (c). Those who fail 2x PSM2, the 3rd time of PSM2 registration (repeat) will be monitored by DEAN or TDAA. (d). Those who fail PSM2 for 3 consecutive semesters (without strong reason/justification) will be graded as FAIL and TERMINATED. All of the above were effectively implemented starting on SEM 1 2017/2018. PSM@FKMP
