Soldier Responsibility Time Restrictions FTA requests can be submitted up to 60 days prior to course start date Course requests MUST be APPROVED before course start date Requests must be submitted 5 business days prior to course start date If a course is requested even one day late, FTA cannot be approved

Transcripts Submit official transcripts from any college previously attended Can be obtained by previous colleges registrar Submit Army Transcript JST

Joint Services Transcript Ensure to submit your military transcript to your home college by going to https://jst.doded.mil

Withdraw for Military Reasons 1. Unanticipated military mission, to include unanticipated Federal or State missions for National Guard Soldiers who are involuntarily mobilized 2.
