Today’s Menu Ansungtangmyeon Snack Parfeit

Ingredients 130g(1/3) of tofu 20g of shrimp 10g of leek 1 instant noodles 3g of carrot 1 egg 10g of pizza cheese 10g of flour 1g of salt 0.5g of black pepper 5g of oil 550g 0f water

Ansungtangmyeon How to Cook Peel and wash the carrot and dice it. Wash and dice the leek. Cut shrimp roughly into 0.5cm. 4. Mash the tofu and drain it well. 5. Crack the egg and beat it lightly, and place it in the bowl. 6. Put in carrot, leek, shrimp, tofu and pizza cheese. Mix and knead all together with your hands. 7. Season them with salt and black pepper. 8. Form the tofu into little balls. 9. Coat the tofu balls with flour and egg in turn. 10. Heat a little pan up and drizzle in the oil. Let tofu balls cook until they are medium cooked. 11. When the water starts boiling, put in instant noodles, soup base. Boil for 3minutes. 12. Add tofu balls and boil for exactly 1minute more.

How to Cook  Mash the tofu and drain it well ③ Cut the shrimp into o.5cm  Dice all the vegetables ④ Prepare all the ingredients ⑧ Boil the water and put in instant noodles for 3mins. Add tofu balls and boil together for 1min ⑦ Coat tofu balls with flour and egg in turn. Heat a little pan up. Drizzle in the oil and put in tofu balls. Let them cook. ⑥ Form the tofu into little balls ⑤ Season them with salt and black pepper. Mix and knead all together except an egg.

Let’s Chant! Cook, cook, cook ramyeon, Boil, boil, boil some water, Put in tofu balls in ramyeon, Making ramyeon is fun!

Ingredients ½ of yogurt 5g of chocolate-flavored snack 10g of corn snack 1 star shaped snack 120g of kiwi 0.5g (½) of strawberry

Snack Parfeit How to Cook Decorate the Snack Parfeit with Prepare all kinds of snacks. 2. Wash and peel the kiwi. Cut it into 0.3x0.3cm. 3. Wash and slice the strawberry. Cut the same size as kiwi. 4. Break the chocolate-flavored snack in 5. 5. Place the chocolate-flavored snack on the bottom, yogurt, kiwi, yogurt, corn snack, yogurt, strawberry and yogurt in turn. 6. 1. Why do we put various veggies in tofu balls? Because they don’t need to feel pressure eating veggies. On top of that, kids can eat excellent food which is rich in nutrients such as protein, carbohydrate, calcium. 2. The more you knead tofu balls, the better gluten you’ll have. Why? Because tofu balls can’t easily fall apart. 3. When you coat the tofu ball with flour, you’d better shake it off lightly. Why? Make sure the tofu ball covers the surface evenly. Same as the egg. 4. When water is boiling, don’t put the soup base first! Why not? Because the soup could be boiling over above the boiling point, especially when you cook ramyeon in stainless steel! It’s called, “bumping” (돌비현상) That’s why soup base always comes after instant noodles! 5. How to cook delicious ramyeon? Follow the recipe based on the amount of water, the length of boiling time.

Moreover, it looks tempting. It’s not an artificial coloring. 8. How to make noodles more chewy and sticky? While cooking, you lift and drop the noodles over and over. Through this repetitive process, you can make the noodles more chewy, sticky and tasty. When it’s exposed to the air, the outside of the noodle can contract. So it can have more elasticity. If you put a drop of vinegar or wine while boiling, the texture of noodle can be more chewy and sticky.
