Conclusions FTPE performance is back on track – but significant further improvements required to return to historic performance Would not have happened without PRCR approach Better collaboration with Network Rail Utilises some of the progress LNE Route has made with LEAN management. But performance is more fragile than pre May 2014 and therefore needs sustained effort
