Cooperation between VET schools and companies providing internships for young refugees “Headhunters“ from companies like Daimler visit VET schools and observe young refugees at school workshops for half a day. They look for the ones with practical and social skills as well as personal commitment. They talk with them and ask the teachers about their language competences. If they find a suitable young refugee they offer her/him an internship. After a successful internship the young refugee may get a dual vocational training at the company.
