Account Registration Expect an account activation email with your initial username and password from support@corehighered.com You may want to add this email to your trusted email sources Check your spam folder to ensure that this email was not flagged as spam Login: https://www.academicsuiterx.com/experiential_login.php Once you have logged in you may edit your username, password and contact information by clicking on Account Information.

The Messaging Center Read any messages that have been sent to you from your Preceptor in the Messaging Center

Document Library Go through all documents and videos uploaded into your Document Library

Researching Preceptors/Sites In order to research, click on Scheduling > Research Center on the left hand navigation Next, choose the criteria you would like to search for (i.e. Rotation Type, Rotation Date, State, etc.) and click Run Search.

Making Preceptor/Site Selections Once you have researched and have found a Preceptor/Sites you would like to select, click “View” to see more details and their availability. Click “Select” if you would like to preference this Preceptor/Site as a required rotation or click Select as Elective if you would like to preference as an Elective selection. Please Note: Not all schools make all information seen above viewable to students

Updating Site Selections Once you have made your selections, you can then update the order of your selections by clicking on Scheduling> Site Selections on the left hand navigation. Click on Update under the list of selections you would like to change and then drag and drop to the order you prefer. Next, click Update Preferences to save your changes.

Viewing Your Schedule Once your school has finalized and opened your schedule for viewing you may see it in your Rotation Schedule You will also be able to view a map of all of your Preceptor’s locations if their address was made available in the system

Updating Your Requirements Update/Modify any of the Student Requirements you have completed and have been given access to edit Click on “Requirements” Click “Edit” next to the requirement you have completed Add the expiration date, notes and attached document if applicable

Hours Tracking / Timesheet The Hours Tracking tab provides a means of submitting site hours (if required by your program). The page will also display for you a record of all Pending and Confirmed hours submissions. You can switch between views by selecting either “Confirmed Hours” or “Pending Hours”.

Hours Tracking / Timesheet You can submit new hours by selecting “Record New Hours”, found next to the “Pending/Confirmed Hours” tab. Once all required fields are entered, you will be able to submit your information. Your preceptor will receive a notification, and will either approve or deny your submission.

Field Encounters The Field Encounters tab provides a means of submitting Field Encounter information. You can submit new Field Encounters by selecting “Add”, found under the “Add New” column Student can also view all past entries by selecting the “View All Entries” button.

Field Encounters Once all required fields are entered, you will be able to submit your information. Students can also attach any documents to a field encounter or add a Document URL. Your preceptor will receive a notification, and will either approve or deny your submission.

Evaluations Once your preceptor has completed your evaluation and your school has opened it up for you to view you will be able to view it under “Evaluation of Student” You will complete your Evaluations of your Preceptors/Sites under “Evaluation of Preceptors” If your school requires you to complete a self evaluation it will be accessed through “Student Self Evaluation” Please Note: You may save all evaluations in draft mode to finish at a later time by clicking “Save as Draft” once you click “Submit Final Grade” you will no longer be able to edit the evaluation

Submitting an Absence Through RxPreceptor, you are able to submit an absence to your Preceptor which will be sent to both your Preceptor and School Experiential Education Department Simply Click on “Absences” “Record New Absence” fill out all required fields and submit your absence to your Preceptor.

Submitting a Preceptor of the Year Nomination Click on “Scheduling” and select Nominations. Then Select the Preceptor from the drop down menu, add comments and click Nominate Preceptor.
