Warm up Suppose that the number of bushels (b) of wheat that a farm yields varies directly with the size of the farm in acres (a), and the constant of proportionality is 22. Write an equation representing the proportional relationship between b and a using the information given. If the farm is 3 acres, how many bushels of wheat will be produced? If the farm produced 11 bushels of wheat, how many acres is the farm?
