POWER OF ATTORNEY Power of Attorney (POA) must be specific to the transaction POA must include the borrower name, property Address and loan amount The POA must be fully executed and notarized POA is not allowed on cash-out refinance transactions Planet Home Lending will allow the use of a General Power of Attorney (GPOA) on an exception basis to: Active duty military personnel, or Individuals with a documented medical condition

POWER OF ATTORNEY A POA is allowed for closing only; it cannot be used for the execution of the initial application and disclosures. The borrower must sign the application and disclosures The POA must be recorded along with the mortgage/deed of trust. For any other extenuating circumstances, Planet Home Lending prior approval is required.
