A Frankie & Flo’s party gives you and your guest exclusive access to use the play café and not to forget our outside area for those sunny days! THE (NOT SO) BASIC PACKAGE £260 Our basic package includes the hire of the hall for 2 hours and you are welcome to invite up to 32 children including babies, siblings and the birthday girl(s)/boy(s).  We take care of setting everything up and clearing away everything during and after the party What the basic package doesn’t include: This is our basic package, so it does not include food. In this case you are very welcome to bring your own prepared party food and cold drinks (incl. bubbles for the adults). We will set it all out and clear it away for you, This is our basic package, so it does not include party bags. You are welcome to bring your own prepared party bags. We will place them on the cake table for you and also place a piece of cake in each of them if you choose this option instead of eating the cake at the venue. This is our basic package so it does not include napkins, plates or cups for food (if any) for the adults. If you would like we can provide tea, coffee and/or soft cold drinks for a small additional charge. You can choose for us to keep a tally that you can pay at the end of the party or for your guests to pay as they go.  We decorate our lovely play cafe so it feels like the most fantastic party space. We always put up lots of bunting, party decorations and balloons around the hall We dress the children's tea table with party table cloths, plates and cups (in most cases these can be tailored to a theme: we have a great selection of themed table cloths and party accessories) We prepare a cake table and presents table.  We will provide ample seating for the adults around the venue. You will have two persons on hand throughout the party to organise everything and generally help with anything you might need support with. We take charge of coordinating all the different stages of the party (after agreeing timings with you) so you can focus on looking after your guests and enjoying the party. Frankie & Flo’s birthday parties Frequently asked questions Do you provide trays, serving platters and jugs for the children’s food and drinks? Yes, we provide all the serving platters etc. so all you have to do is provide the prepared food (if you choose the (not so) basic package) Do you have a cake knife? Yes, and don’t worry; we will take care of the cake, cutting and serving it or should you wish so, wrap individual pieces to be placed in the party bags. Do you provide balloons: We will decorate the venue with clusters of balloons. You are welcome to arrange for local supplies to deliver helium balloons to the venue 15 minutes before the party starts. Will you do the party bags if we bring the things? There simply isn’t time for us to prepare party bags for the party host at the venue. You are welcome to bring prepared bags and we can add to them (piece of cake or perhaps tie on a helium balloon if you have had them delivered to the venue) or we can prepare Frankie and Flo party bags (in addition to the basic package) in advance for an additional cost of £3 per party bag. Can we bring alcohol for the adults: Yes, the party is considered a private hire and you can bring alcohol and as many cold drink as you like Can we bring coffee and tea: No, due to insurance reason we are unable to have guest in the kitchen handling hot water during the party. We offer to serve tea and coffee for a small additional charge (pay as you go or we keep a tally that the party host can settle after the party). Frankie & Flo’s birthday parties Some general information Our lovely café is aimed at children newborn – 5 years old. Older children of 6 years and above are welcome to attend the party but unfortunately they cannot use the bouncy castle for insurance reasons. They are welcome to play with all other toys. We do not supervise children at the party and all children should be accompanied by a responsible adult. We kindly ask all our guests to take notice and adhere to our safety rules We are committed to make our parties as affordable as possible. This is mainly done by savings in the hire and the actual time we spent in the hall before and after our parties. This means we run tight deadlines after the parties in order to be able to clear and clean the hall to be ready for the next user. As a result we will start the clearing process immediately after the party ends. This is by no means to rush our guest but we might have to work around you. Should you like to have a face painter we can provide one for you at an extra cost as you can book this service through the play cafe.
