SWOT analysis and the business model canvas are useful, but they’re only a start There are hundreds of tools for evaluating business models out there, and there is no single best one. Google various versions of “critically assessing business ideas” or “business model analysis” to find out what other tools are available, and use it to evaluate your idea before pitching: they will help point out flaws in your model before the VC does. Assignment 3 recap: pitch your product prototype and business idea on 30.3. We’ll have a pitching workshop to help you with the format next week Bring a prototype to demonstrate your product (does not have to be 3D printed… yet!). Don’t focus too much on the product: your goal is not to sell the product idea alone, but also the business around it. After this round, 50% of the ideas will be eliminated and the team members reintegrated 14.11.2018
