Identify the fallacy in the following sentences His lies are evident from the untruthful nature of his statements. If we want to end substance abuse, let's send every drug user to prison for life. Don’t listen to Eddie’s contentions on instruction, he’s a simpleton. If you don’t vote for this candidate, you must be a Communist. It is evident that we must not give murderers a trial by their peers, since polls say many voters do not think murders deserve that time-honored right.
