Hello, my children today we will explore the ancient story, The rise of Horus.

Becoming old Ra left the land to rule in the heavens Becoming old Ra left the land to rule in the heavens. His son Osiris to take his place as Pharaoh in Egypt. With Isis by his side.

Together they had a son, Horus. All the citizens of Egypt were happy Together they had a son, Horus. All the citizens of Egypt were happy. Yet, not everyone was happy

Set, Osiris’s brother became jealous of all Osiris’s attention Set, Osiris’s brother became jealous of all Osiris’s attention. He developed a plan to Overthrow Osiris.

Set Tricked Osiris into a laying in the coffin Set Tricked Osiris into a laying in the coffin. Then trapped Osiris the coffin, finally throwing him down the Nile.

Isis searched and searched for her husband in distress, knowing she must perform burial rights for him to continue his journey to the underworld. Finally she found him. But, Set chopped Osiris to pieces and scattered him.

Isis preformed the burial rights sending Osiris on his journey Isis preformed the burial rights sending Osiris on his journey. Now she tells Horus he must overthrow set

Isis and Horus fled the land away from Set. Horus grew up in hiding.

Horus finally old enough challenges Set to a dual for the throne. VS

The fighting is hard. Set turns into Hippo in hope to crush Horus’s armies. But, with a harpoon, Horus defeats Set becoming Pharaoh. VS

How is that for a story children? Now, Osiris Rules the underworld with his son ruling as Pharaoh of Egypt. How is that for a story children? The End
