DON’T Alter Text Styles DON’T Use illegible images How to use this template Typography The type palette for the Fund Assembly Power Point Template has been limited to Arial as it is not only one of the most common fonts, but also one of the most versatile. Type can vary in size, style (bold, italic…), and color but should never be distorted or made illegible. Body copy should be at least 22 and headlines should be no smaller than 44. Arial Abcdefghijklmn opqrstuvwxyz ABCDEFGHIJKLMN OPQRSTUVWXYZ 1234567890!@#$%^&*() Arial Bold Arial Italic Abcdefghijklmn opqrstuvwxyz ABCDEFGHIJKLM NOPQRSTUVWXYZ 1234567890!@#$%^&*() Arial Bold Italic ABCDEFGHIJKLMN OPQRSTUVWXYZ Install the 2018 Fund Assembly Theme On most PC’s the location the theme file should be saved in will be: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Document Themes Apply the theme to a presentation Create a new PPT document Select “Design” tab Select the button with the arrow with the line above it to the right of the “Themes” category At the bottom of the pop out select “Browse for Themes” Navigate to the location where the theme is saved, select and click “Open” 2018 Fund Assembly theme colors will now appear as the top row of your theme colors in the color palette Design Don’ts Following these guidelines will help insure a professional looking presentation that is congruous with all other presentations and the Fund Assembly as a whole. Color To keep a consistent look throughout all Fund Assembly presentations, it is important that a specific color palette be adhered to. The top row of the color palette to the right is included in the 2018 Assembly theme and are the only colors that should be used to create your presentation.
