Specifications FPGA : ACTEL or XILINX ? Synchronous emission/acquisition (absolute phase information). Emission Frequency bandwidth: few 100Hz to 3MHz. Signal shape (Sin wave ,triangle, ramps…) TBD. Sweep or emission occurrence: TBD. Analog interfaces (number, level, impedance…) : TBD. Level of design integration: TBD. Tele-command and Synthesizer Control (calibration purpose): TBD. Budgets : < 1W; 250g (based on AM²P-E / Bepicolombo experience). 8

Funding and Lab support “Pre-phase A” funding secured by CNES. MIME development funding by CNES : conditioned by AO selection. LAB SUPPORT: Electronic breadboard, EM and flight model. Software development and delivery. Man Power : Before 2014: technical manager (O. LE DUFF). From 2014: technical manager (O. LE DUFF) and development engineer(s) TBD. 9
