Initiative purpose Technology Business Management has been identified as a methodology to provide transparency. IT planning in many organizations fails to provide business value; it is a slow process too often disconnected from business plans/goas. TBM enhances the planning process, value conversations and outcomes. This project will assist senior government leaders in improving their understanding and ability to articulate TBM to their portfolio and program managers and staff. C. What is the scope of the program? Description Deliverables Government C-Suite Leaders need to be able to understand and integrate TBM into their portfolio of programs. This requires their ability to have value conversations and point to clear examples in the Federal and Corporate space where TBM methodologies have been deployed.
