Eighth Western Rivers 2014 Operations Workshop Welcome! This workshop has been developed for Eighth Western Rivers Boat Crew Qualified Personnel (BCQP) as a review of basic surface operations processes and procedures to better promote safety and efficiency for patrols. Eighth Western Rivers 2014 Operations Workshop Welcome! While not all encompassing, the topics discussed herein are issues that are of significant importance to our OIAs, DIRAUX/OTO or have been known to be the source of problems in recent years. This workshop is intended to serve as a primer for the upcoming operational boating season. Members are encouraged to frequently review references & PQS tasks to maintain proficiency.
