Proposed CTC Structure: The What Center for Evangelism, Mission and Church Growth Center for Leadership & Administration Asst. to the Bishop / Chief of Staff Center for Mission Support merged into the Center for Evangelism, Mission & Church Growth and Center for Leadership and Administration Missions functions shifted to Center for Evangelism, Mission and Church Growth Administrative functions shared between Center for Leadership & Administration and the Assistant to Bishop/ Chief of Staff

Proposed CTC Structure: The Why The Exodus project requires regular review of staffing and resources in light of Conference Mission. Conference adoption of WIG in 2017 Retirements (Dr. Randy Wild, Rev. Dawne Phillips, Ms. Sheryl Crumrine, Ms. Donna Piper, Mr. David Stinson) provide an opportunity to re-think staffing in order to drive the WIG (most of these positions remain) reduce overall Conference Center costs The new staff alignment is intended to focus the Conference Center even more strongly on the Mission/WIG and provide new opportunities to energize and equip local churches to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
