When I Am Weak 2 Cor. 12:9-10, “But He (the Lord) said to me (Paul), “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

When I Am Weak So what did Paul mean by, “Boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses?” The importance of weakness in the “faith-building” process Weakness is essential: to remove human strength and tap into supernatural strength Instead of fighting weakness, Paul learned to embrace it

God deals with us according to our destiny, then works backwards. When I Am Weak God deals with us according to our destiny, then works backwards. Eph. 2:10 (NLT), “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”

It’s about our faith!! It must grow, become strong!! When I Am Weak It’s about our faith!! It must grow, become strong!! (NLT) 1 Pe. 1:7, “These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It (your faith) is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. Pr. 17:3, “The crucible is for silver, and the furnace is for gold, and the LORD tests hearts.”

When I Am Weak Families in America tend to live very isolated. Very few people know who the “real me” is. Is there a doorway in? Vulnerability

Excerpts from the book, “Daring Greatly” by Brene Brown When I Am Weak Excerpts from the book, “Daring Greatly” by Brene Brown I want to experience your vulnerability but I don’t want to be vulnerable. Vulnerability is courage in you and inadequacy in me. I’m drawn to your vulnerability but repelled by mine.
