What causes Inadequate Project Management? Focused too much on IT solution for MES, and not the business process activities  lacking many important tasks in project planning scheduling Requirement specification is insufficient to identify the depth of the project  surprises and scope creep happen often Key users identified have too little experience in process knowledge & lack of MES/MOM knowledge  over complicate system design or don’t even know what needs to be designed.
