CBCS Strategic Plan Goal 1: Promote Student Success Sustain four-year graduation rate at 70% or higher Graduate 90% students without excess hours Increase doctoral stipends to $22,500 Finalize courses for Gen Ed Tier 3 and 4 Expand Study Abroad Student Participation Publicize multi-year course timetables
